Meal Prepping for the Week
John and I usually do the meal prepping together for the week. However, he has just started working nights and is sleeping right now. So, I am attempting to do the prep myself this week. Luckily, we have a lot of protien already prepared. All I have to do this week is cook the vegies and load the jars. Oh, I did roast some red potatoes this morning already. We have been following the Whole30 plan for over 3years now. We all feel so much better. And bonus victory of losing weight. So, we continue on. I hope I can share some meal prepping ideas and recipes here. I think we have this down to a science. We have already portioned out breakfasts (meal#1) and lunches (meal#2) 6 days a week. Dinners (meal#3) are prepared every night. My Mom does the week night dinners and I prepare the weekend dinners. We usually sit down Sunday mornings to a hash breakfast (leftovers from prep) and for Sunday lunch we clean up left...
